Cancellations |

To ensure appointments at your convenience and for the consideration of others, we do require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation or change, otherwise there will be a 25% fee. |
Gift Cards |

Gift Cards are available in any denomination over $25.00 for that someone special. Gift Cards may be used for individual services, packages or products. They are transferrable, but not refundable. |
Scheduling |

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This allows adequate preparation time. Please aware that if you are late, we will do everything possible to accomodate you within reason, and it may result in a shortened appointment in order to prevent delays for our other guests. |
Ettiquette |

Our goal is to provide a tranquil, soothing, relaxed environment to all our guests, thus children under 16 are not permitted unless with an adult or are getting services. |
