Our goal is to provide a tranquil, soothing, relaxed environment to all our guests, thus children under 16 are not permitted unless with an adult or are getting services.
Cancellations To ensure appointments at your convenience and for the consideration of our service providers, we do require a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Otherwise there will be a 25% fee.
Scheduling Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This allowsadequate preparation time. Please be aware that if you are late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you within reason, and if it may result in a shortened appointment in order to prevent dalays for our other guests.
Returns UNUSED Aveda products may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days from purchase date with a valid Rejuve Salon Spa receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF MAKE-UP.
Gift Cards Gift Cards are available in any denomination over $25 for that someone special. Gift Cards may be used for individual services, packages or products. They are transferable, but not refundable.
