Apprentice Stylist Program
Welcome to the future of your styling career! Our salon is searching for passionate individuals ready to elevate their craft through our comprehensive Apprentice Stylist Program. Designed for stylists seeking not just a job, but a salon home, our program refines and enhances the skills you’ve acquired in the classroom.
Our Commitment to Your
Growth
Our unique approach focuses on hands-on experience and understanding the core concepts behind the skills. As an apprentice, you will:
- Shadow and assist seasoned stylists
- Participate in specialized classes
- Gain practical experience with our tailored training regimen
- Embark on a journey to become a 6-figure stylist
Structured Learning Path
The program is segmented into modules that progressively build your expertise:
- Module One: Immerse yourself in product knowledge, client consultation, and product recommendations.
- Module Two: Learn to elevate service appointments with Aveda-sponsored rituals and add-on services across various service areas.
- Module Three through Six: Dive deep into specific disciplines such as hair cutting, barbering, hair coloring, treatments, and waxing, with an emphasis on techniques like layering and face shaping.
Each module begins with an assessment by your designated mentor and educator to tailor a custom training plan. Progress at your own pace, gaining confidence and adaptation to master the intricacies of styling.
Earn While You Learn
Our unique structure allows you to open your books to clients at our Level 1 tier after completing each module. Within 5-6
months, not only will you finish the apprentice program, but you’ll also provide our full range of services.
