What if I am running late?

Please let us know asap and we can do our best to accommodate your visit. We may taylor the appointment to the remaining time available.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please notify us by call/text 317-870-1700 or email rejuvesalonspa.aveda@gmail.com. Cancellations made with in 24 hours of your scheduled visit are subject to our cancelation policy. 25% of the services will be due upon a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled visit. This includes same day adjustments. If you do not wish to enjoy all of your scheduled experience we do require 24 hours notice.

Do you offer spa services?

We have facial, nail and lash/ brow treatments available.

What is included in your salon services?

Shampoo, condition, ritual, and styling are included in all hair services unless otherwise requested.

Do you accept hair donations?

We create donations for Wigs for Kids. To schedule call/text or book online Wigs for Kids Donation Haircut. A minimum donation of 12 inches is required. The hair needs to be in good condition and not chemically altered by hair color or other chemical services. The donation will be removed first so hair needs to be clean and dry. Your hair is then shampooed and conditioned prior to your new style being cut and then finished by blow dry styling.

How can I book my appointment?

You may call the salon, text our AI assistant or use our online booking service on the website or through our app.

What is your referral program?

We love referrals. We gift our new guest a full-size Aveda product ($37 value) at their first visit and one ($37 value) product to the referrer at their next visit. Please let us know during booking who referred you.

Do you offer customer loyalty program?

You can register for our loyalty program through our app and receive a punch of every full service. Ten visits reward you with a $10 gift certificate.

Can I cancel my appointment online?

Yes, you can cancel and reschedule your visit through online booking. If you cancel with 24 hours of your visit the cancelation policy applies.

What gift cards do you accept?

Rejuve gift cards and certificates are valid for goods, services and gratuities. Aveda gift cards are valid for goods and services. As of 6/1/23 we no longer accept spa finder/ spa wish.

What if I do not like my hair?

Let us know right away. Within 72 hours we can schedule an adjustment to your service to make you happy. Adjustments are made for the original services rendered. Additional services will be of additional cost.

What if I do not like the product I purchased?

Returns are accepted for refund within 30 days with receipt if more than half of the product has not been consumed. Store credit or exchange only without receipt.

Can you help me with my wedding?

We have limited availability for Bridal bookings. Please email rejuvesalonspa.aveda@gmail with inquiries.
