To make any changes to your appointment—including adjusting the time, date, or services—we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. By reserving this time, you agree to our policy: cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s). This fee also applies to no-shows. The fee will be charged to your card on file or collected at your next visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to maintain a consistent schedule and provide the best service to all guests.

By providing your credit card details, you authorize Rejuve Salon Spa to securely store your card information on file. This card will be used for the payment of services rendered and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in our policies. We adhere to strict privacy and security protocols to ensure your information is protected and will not be shared without your consent.

Should any harm come to your hair, we pledge to make every effort to restore its condition, which could involve a range of solutions from an extra haircut to remove any damage, to special treatments, use of products, or other services.

We guarantee your satisfaction with our work to make sure you love your new look. Please notify us within 3 days of your service for any adjustments. Hairstyling services excluded. We do not issue refunds after services have been rendered.

Our appointment booking policy requires all of our guests to provide a credit card to be stored in their customer profile. A 50% deposit to be retained in the place of a credit card would be accepted. If a guest has 1 or more last-minute cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) or no-show appointments, a credit card will be required for all future appointments and the cancelation fee is to be paid prior to rescheduling.

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased at Rejuve Salon Spa, please return the unused portion (not less than half full) within 30 days of the original purchase to have the original form of payment returned, or a store credit to be used on products or services. Without a receipt, only an exchange or store credit will be provided.

What if I am running late?

Please let us know asap and we can do our best to accommodate your visit. We may taylor the appointment to the remaining time available.

Do you offer spa services?

We have facial, nail and lash/brow treatments available.

What is included in your salon services?

Shampoo, condition, ritual, and styling are included in all hair services unless otherwise requested.

Do you accept hair donations?

We create donations for Wigs for Kids. To schedule call/text or book online Wigs for Kids Donation Haircut. A minimum donation of 12 inches is required. The hair needs to be in good condition and not chemically altered by hair color or other chemical services. The donation will be removed first so hair needs to be clean and dry. Your hair is then shampooed and conditioned prior to your new style being cut and then finished by blow dry styling.

How can I book my appointment?

You may call the salon, text our AI assistant or use our online booking service on the website or through our app.

Can I cancel my appointment online?

Yes, you can cancel and reschedule your visit through online booking. If you cancel with 24 hours of your visit the cancelation policy applies.

What gift cards do you accept?

Rejuve gift cards and certificates are valid for goods, services and gratuities. Aveda gift cards are valid for goods and services. As of 6/1/23 we no longer accept spa finder/ spa wish.

Can you help me with my wedding?

We have limited availability for Bridal bookings. Please email info@rejuvesalonandspa.com with inquiries.
